Youth workers training course. Team work and creativity in non-formal education and social change. It is a training workshop for youth workers and trainers about the use of theater techniques and games in non-formal education contexts, that points out of some of the key stones in teaching-learning process in groups.

HOW TO BECOME PIONEERS OF CHANGE. VIENNA 2016.
The Collectivo Improspañol is a group of people who are interested in group processes based on cooperation and social inclusion. Since 2012 we have been carrying out activities in Vienna. We use different theatrical forms (Improvisation and theatre of the oppressed) as a way of personal and social transformation.
Thanks to Proyecto Kieu (Spain) and Erasmus+ program, four of us from the Colectivo Improspañol travelled to La Mancha (Toledo, Spain) to learn from the Quijote's experience. Now, we want to share in Vienna what we have learned in Spain. We have lived the experience and learned the methodology, now we want to multiply it with people who work actively with youngsters.
Our interest is to impulse pioneers of change, who participate actively in the community and who promote the values of social inclusion and cooperation in their environment. We will share tools to visualize the "windmills" that we are facing at the moment. We will create together new ways to change our cities, our districts and our communities.
Our interest is to create a working group to develop together a program of community action with youngsters in Vienna.
When: February, 27th. and 28th. From 9.30am. to 6.30pm.
Language: Multilingual. Currently we have language support in German, English and Spanish. We could try to find any other language support if it is needed, therefore we need the questionnaire be filled out.

Basic contribution: 30€**

** This is a workshop financed by the collective Improspañol. We ask only 30€ as a supporting contribution to afford the basic cost
HOW ARE WE GOING TO DO IT?
We plan a workshop based on the "Quijote's Experience" methodology. An extraordinary methodology based on the powers of playing and acting as opening spaces for questioning, creating, dialog, freedom and happiness”.
On a weekend (Saturday and Sunday: 16 hours) we will learn together: playing, moving, acting, laughing, exploring, creating, cooperating, expressing... We will live together a transforming experience.
TO WHOM?
This workshop is open to everyone who is interested in learning and exploring the possibilities of the human groups as spaces of learning and social transformation. Youth workers and trainers who work actively in communities will have priority on the inscription list.
